I'm hoping to buy a used cracker cutter. I'm looking for the 3"x3" size with 16 pins. I've made a couple batches of my own hardtack but their uniformity leaves a lot to be desired.

Thanks in advance.

Mel,

I've got a hard tack cutter that's brand new as I thought I would try making hard tack and have never gotten around to it and probably won't.  I'm not positive of the size or number of pins but I think it's what you're looking for.

Thanks Tom, if it has the 16 pins that would be great. How much do you want for it?

Village Tinsmith sells them.  Very handy when making batchs to fill acracker box.

Thanks for the info Kent. At wholesale of a buck apiece, I think I can make my own hardtack.
