Hey Pards.

Have you all heard about this?

http://www.historybookclub.com/doc/full_site_enrollment/fse_homepage.jhtml

The Intro offer is 4 books for $4.00!  I joined up and gots my books.  The only catch is that have aneditor's choice every month that you have to accept or deny.  No other obligations to buy.  Not like the old Columbia House music club.

I picked up a cool looking book about Shiloh, one called Roll Call to Destiny, a Doc Holliday bio, and an interesting book about This judge from the Salem Witch trials.

Just thought I'd share the info.

I have belonged to the histort book club for quite some time. I have no compliants about the club and once when I received a book I did not order etc..they took it back no questions asked.

Perhaps Dave Towsen can answer this question, the history book club main owners used to have a book sale once a year in Camp Hill with very deep discounts on all their various clubs books, does this still go on?

The History Book club is good and I have been a member for many years.  They have another club called BOMC2.COM.   Every title is 10 bucks and that includes the shipping.  You submit a reading list of title that you want and every month they send you one.  Its great and their CW titles are very good.  Ive added a number of Western theater titles to my library from their offerings.
