I am in the process of switching to a new avatar hosting system.  If you had sent me your picture in the past, you will need to let me know and I will convert it.  If you don't let me know, your picture will disappear when the old system is eliminated. If that is the case, I will help you get another one put up.  I have switched out the moderators that I did and myself.  Others I remember doing are Parault and Biederman.
