I've looked high and low for this photograph, and it's really bothering me that I can't find it. Entailed in the photo is large tree, and under it are freshly dug graves. There are also a few soldiers standing under the large tree or next to the graves. I want to say it was taken in Maryland, but I could be wrong.

Thanks for the help,
Grant Wilson

Yes- I looked at the LOC, and couldn't locate it. I think it was used on the front of the andersburg website.

This it? L.O.C. The Grave of John Marshall, Company I, 28th Pennsylvania, Gardner, Stereo, #570, September 19 or 20, 1862.
The photo's on Frassanito's Antetiam book, page 172. I can't get My photo program to upload the thing else I'd post it for you.

But, I think that's what you're looking for.

That's the image I was thinking of Dave. I wonder if it is what Grant was thinking?

That's the one. Thanks Dave- I really appreciate it. Now I have to find it in a larger version...

Grant,

Not sure exactly what you want to do with it but if you just want it larger, simply right click on the image, save it to your computer and enlarge it with whatever photo software you have on your computer.
