Keep in mind also that this is a very new board so there aren't too many people here yet at all for that matter. Kind of nice right now also, no trolls or flame baits so far.

And, we are going to do our level best to keep it that way. If people want to argue about why their way of reenacting is better than everybody else, there're other places to go.  

No flame baits, no firing squads.  Just friends helping friends.

ive been busy the last few days.. my corset is giving me fits on the sewing, but i think i finally have it down. why cant they make directions clear?

What corset pattern are you using?  I know, from hearsay, that some patterns have better instructions than others.  Sewing is not my forte, so I don't have personal experience with any of that.  My first good corset was a Kay Gnagey pattern made by a friend.  My second (current) one was made by Liz Clark, but she doesn't make corsets much anymore. :-)  

I'm not sure if Liz is on this forum or not.  I'd have to check and see.

I'm here--I'd lost the site link when our computer was updated.

Linda's right--I'm fairly "retired" from commission work, but I'm happy to help with the logistics of fitting and construction here on the board, now that I have it back in my favorites file.
