There will be a preview page posted soon at www.wmhf.org for the 145th Anniversary event- At High Tide, Gettysburg, 1863.

So far national support has been shown for the event, which will be in line with September Storm in terms of authenticity, rule enforcement and battle scenarios.

We are limiting the event to 4,000 participants.

Chris,

Do you have a date yet? I may be interested in coming as a vendor / sutler.

Chris,

Humm, perhaps you be screwed. Nobody is going to be looking for a Gettysburg event in June.

I'd suggest you post the information right where you've got it.

Chris,

Sounds good, that's the weekend before the mega event so I could easily take a week's vacation and hit both. COntact me when you can about being a vendor. The best way is to e-mail me at historicgear@aol.com. We can talk off forum.

Rob,

The bes tthing is to contact Tim sheads of S&S- he is the Sutler coordinator, and responsible for all things sutler related.

Tim is stepping into Chris Daley's shoes for me, and is doing a superb job.

We will have a definate number permitted, and there are authenticity guidelines the items sold must meet...Tim is working those up.

We plan to keep the ratio of participants/sutlers at least 100-1, but more likely to be 200-1.

Drop Tim a line- once I delegate, I hate to interfere.

Hope all is well,

Pards,

Chris,

Could you forward his e-mail to me? There won't be an issue with the authenticity, I deal with Sekela wares.
