Does anyone have any nice period spectacle frames which they are not using no more?

Chase, look on eBay. Search for antique eye glasses. You'll be pleasantly surprised what you can get for a song and a little shiping.

BTW, welcome to our humble abode.

Chase, I have a pair of post-war spectacles I'd like to sell. You can read about them and see some pictures in this thread .

I'll come down a bit on the price, since no one else has expresssed an interest in them. How's $20 sound? You'll still need to take them to an optician and get your own lenses put in... that'll be about $80.

I want to emphasize that these are post-war... maybe 1880's (the rounded ear pieces tell you that). But they'll certainly stay on your head if you're running across a field to charge the Rebs.

You can maybe send me an e-mail too with the picture of the glasses. $20 sounds excellent though! The cheapest glasses I had found were $25 plus $10 in shipping-and-handling. My e-mail is down below me or on our 6th Ohio website. Thank you for the offer.
